Therapist
*** We are looking to hire new clinicians that can work a hybrid model of remote and face-to-face offered from our Flourtown office.***
Amel Counseling and Consulting LLC is a group therapy practice based out of Philadelphia, PA, and is owned by a clinician of color. We specialize in treating children and teens of color. We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team.
We are offering a flexible schedule working a minimum of 12 hours with the possibility of up to 18 hours part-time. Compensation is commission-based.
Requirements include being licensed in Pennsylvania with experience working with children, teens, and families. Therapists must specialize with children and families and be willing to market themselves to grow their referral base and recognition in the community. We also provide referrals as well. Candidates must be independent, driven, collaborative. The candidate will be employee status.

We are seeking a licensed therapist with a specialty in working with children and teens and one or more of the following: Grief, Trauma, OCD, Multicultural Counseling, Family therapy, Racial Trauma, or Eating Disorders. Experience facilitating groups is a plus!

Requirements are:
*Current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania license as a PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, or LPC
*Willing to work 12 hours per week or more
*Minimum 3 years clinical experience
*Group facilitation experience
*Prior private experience is a plus
